Xtreme Xccessories is part of Young Buick GMC and we are hiring for a full time cashier/receptionist to join our fast growing company. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:
00 a.m. to 6:
00 p.m. This is a critical position for our dealership! You are the first point of contact for all incoming calls. You will also assist service customers at the cashier window, and provide data entry support on a daily basis. A professional and friendly attitude is a must, and strong computer and organizational skills are required. Minimum typing speed 35 wpm.
Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner Receive and process all cash and credit card payments from customers Maintain daily records of all dealership payment transactions Assist with other administrative duties as needed (reporting, record keeping, etc.) Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
