Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Support Agent to join our team.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chats, and booking requests.
This role is vital to the success and growth of our company, as you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient assistance while also coordinating with our team of technicians in the field.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound phone calls and chats from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist clients with booking requests, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services.
Liaise with technicians in the field to coordinate service appointments and ensure timely response to client inquiries.
Using our Customer Service Management (CSM) software, ServiceTitan, you can maintain accurate records of client interactions and service appointments.
Provide support to clients throughout the service process, including follow-up communication and resolution of any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our customer support processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
Remote agents must have a high level of self-management and time-management skills.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with Customer Service Management (CSM) software is a plus, particularly ServiceTitan.
Must be reliable, trustworthy, ambitious, creative, and motivated.
Must have High-Speed internet at home.
Must have excellent phone signal at home.
A quiet working environment is required.
