Customer Service and General Office work.
We are a software development company with a need for a general office employee the can help with the following responsibilities Answering inbound calls providing product information forward calls and helping the customer by being informative empathetic and eager to quickly solve a customers problem.
Must be willing to listen learn and help customers with their inquiries.
The customer service representative will also be required to take account payments ship products take orders assist with sales inquiries and keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
High School Diploma and a Good Attitude We are a Monday thru Friday business and offer medical and life insurance sick and vacation pay.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
