The following positions and their responsibilities are as follows Recruiter Responsibilities Requirements House Manager Job responsibilities Plan daily menus and activities for the consumers in the home Schedule your staff and provide needed trainings Manage consumers daily finances and completing all required paperwork You will implement the individuals support plans and goals Assist with medications and complete documentation Attend required medical appointments with individuals Attend and hold monthly staff meetings and Manager meetings Job Qualifications High School Degree or GED preferred Patient Organized Team Player Handles stress well Experience working with disabilities or special needs is preferred Valid Utahs drivers license and automotive insurance Social Security Card for background check Pass a criminal background check and drug test Flexible schedule and availability when emergencies arise Direct support professional Job Responsibilities Model Appropriate behaviors Plan and Coordinate Daily activities Assist with Daily Skills Get Involved in the Community Requirements years of age Pass a Criminal Background Check Pass a Drug Test Able to Lift pounds Assist with Personal Hygiene Benefits Health Insurance full time Paid Time Off full time K Plan full time Flexible Schedules Opportunities to Advance within the Company Pay varies depending on position and expirience.
