Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep
As a Customer Service Rep for Smedleys you will be the first point of contact for our customers to reach when they have Plumbing Heating or Cooling needs.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to Answering the phone in a friendly voice.
Asking customers questions about their needs and appropriately assigning those needs to a qualified technician.
Getting accurate information from the customer like address and phone numbers.
Communicate and interact with both customers and co workers.
Schedule calls Dispatch Technicians to the appropriate calls Basic Office duties like filing typing emailing quotes Quick Books Experience Preferred Excel Experience Preferred Customer Service Experience Preferred Smedleys is a family owned and operated company.
