Duties and expectations of all administration team members:
Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone Quickly answer or properly refer questions and issues, including billing and preparation Manage patient accounts with contact information, insurance, and financial information in a confidential manner Help patients and families feel at ease by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions Ensure availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records Accept assignments from Director or Team Lead including productivity standards, education and in-servicing others (i.
e.
orienting and training new employees) Actively participate in the quality improvement process for the team and the clinical setting, and then follow through with the improvements Participate in regularly scheduled or as-needed clinical meetings related to patient care and clinic management Maintain appropriate team and interdisciplinary relationships Tidy the clinic throughout the day and complete the cleaning checklist at the end of every day Maintain baseline productivity standard Work on maintaining and enhancing the values within the AI Leadership Ladder Attend Community Events to assist in growing the company Complete continuing education within the company Secular development Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling Request and verify insurance benefits and eligibility; communicate with patients about details Verify and request pre-authorization or single case agreements for patients that require it Maintain office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders Contact and reschedule missed sessions Follow-up with drop-outs (e.

email, summer packet, etc.
