Solstice focuses on helping our clients deal with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.
Our program specializes in helping adolescents struggling with trauma, loss, and addictive behaviors.
As the Director of Nursing, you will supervise the medical department which includes a full-time CNA and a transport coordinator.
You will oversee all aspects of the planning, organizing, and administration of medications to students.
You will work closely with a licensed psychiatrist and clinical therapists to facilitate changes to medications that are in line with the individual's needs and treatment team goals.

Responsibilities:
Oversees and manages infection control policy and procedures, including COVID policies.
Works directly with the psychiatrist and communicates any medication changes or recommendations to parents.
Trains staff in medication administration.
Oversees medical/physical health issues of students.
Works closely with the transport coordinator to schedule outside medical appointments for students.
Communicates related needs and issues with parents.
Supervises, oversees part time and on call nursing/medical needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Licensed Registered Nurse Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred, but not required 1
years working with youth CPR & First Aid certification Customer service oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent leadership and oversight skills Strong work ethic Valid driver's license Able to pass a background check and drug screening Salary:
$75,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience and education) Job Type:
