Work-from-home days Job Description Customer Service/Sales Operations Specialist The chosen candidate will manage all customer orders for our West Coast partners and Walmart ensuring best-in-class customer service and support.
The Customer Service Specialist will facilitate all order changes resulting from product shortages or delays, communicating any changes to the customer.
In addition, the customer service specialist will upload all new product specifications and modifications in 1WorldSync and ReposiTrak.
1WorldSync is the leader in product content distribution and ReposiTrak is a retail traceability network.
This job is in person at our Layton headquarters Monday-Wednesday and Remote Thursday-Friday.
Responsibilities Customer Service:
Provide best-in-class customer service for all accounts on the East Coast by delivering professional, timely and accurate information to customers, brokers and internal team members.
Manage all West Coast orders ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.
Work closely with the Sales Manager and Broker on any order escalations, shortages or problems ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
Process customer purchase order changes and maintenance.
Validate all open orders with the West Coast warehouse.
Invoice all orders daily in NetSuite.
Manage Walmart.
com orders in Retail Link.
Upload product specifications for customers in 1 World Sync and Repositrak.
Function as the backup for the daily export of EDI orders.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma/GED Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL Previous Experience with NetSuite, RetailLink, 1 World Sync and ReposiTrak preferred but not required Previous customer service experience Strong attention to detail Ability to manage heavy volume of emails Team player Job Type:
