Aerospace Coater - 3rd Shift with Security Clearance
Descriptiono Apply primer and paint per military specificationo Check expiration dates of materials prior to use, prepare proper mixes of resins and catalystso Maintain records as requiredo Support quality process by maintaining work area in an orderly condition by returning tools, equipment, and material to storage areaso Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practiceso Work with Composites Fabrication Manager to ensure that all responsibilities are met, and others understand the tasks they have been giveno Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly paint booth and toolbox inspectionso Other duties as assigned This is a third shift role and will report from 8pm to 6:

o Associate's Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline required
Experience:
o 2
years of professional experience in the required task area requiredo Extensive knowledge in the mixing, viscosity measuring, and paint thickness measurement per military and commercial specificationso Extensive knowledge of bodywork using fillers to attain a smooth surface finisho Extensive knowledge of surface preparation to ensure a proper finisho Must be able read, interpret, and understand military specifications, aircraft blueprints, commercial product blueprints, AS9100, and NADCAP Specifications Security:
