Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to:
Manage the team responsible for:
- Recruiting and onboarding- Payroll processing- Benefits management- Creating, maintaining, and enforcing company policies- Office systems and equipment- Front desk reception- IT asset tracking/management- Basic IT user support (advanced IT issues are handled by external vendor)Collaborate with and support the other department heads regarding the following:
- Compensation management- Performance management- Communicate the roles and responsibilities of each position in the organization

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- General knowledge relating to medical, dental, and vision insurance and the compliance requirements of offering these types of benefits- General knowledge relating to 401(k) programs and the compliance requirements of offering this benefit- Payroll Processing and general payroll/HR compliance issues- Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Sumifs, etc)- Working knowledge of various file types (.pdf, .doc, .csv) and their corresponding applications- Document management- Task management- Paylocity or other HRIS experience is preferredEducation/Experience - Bachelor's degree (preferably in an area relating to Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Organizational Behavior, etc.)- 3 to 5

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
