Job Description The Commercial Kitchen Cleaning Team Member is crucial to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial kitchen production facility and ensuring it is ready for the upcoming shift's operations.
What You Will Do:
Cleaning and Sanitization:
Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, surfaces, and workspaces to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Set-Up for Upcoming Production and Fulfillment:
Prepare the kitchen for the upcoming shift's production and fulfillment by organizing utensils, equipment, and insulated bags.
Assist in the setup of workstations and production lines as directed.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Maintain facility cleanliness and adhere to packaging standards.
Reliability:
Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Food Safety Awareness:
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred but not mandatory.
Training can be provided.
Adaptability:

What You Will
Experience:
Work is generally performed in a production/warehouse environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
Stand for extended periods of time.
Use hands to handle food products and processing equipment.
Perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement Feel the attributes of objects, grasp, and push.
Wear personal protective equipment while working (provided) - this might include, and is not limited to hairnet, facemask, gloves, safety glasses, etc.
