Customer Service Representative
Black Turtle Services is seeking Customer Service Representatives for their first-ever call center located in Layton, Utah. You will be a part of our inaugural team of CSRs on a government healthcare project.
This opportunity comes:
- $11.52 per hour (including training)
- 100% paid employee benefits (medical/dental/vision)
- Monday through Friday shifts (no weekends!)
- Operation hours: 7am-7pm (no late nights!)
- Paid Holidays
- Paid Vacation
-Inbound call only (no outbound or sales)

months of customer service requirements (not necessarily in a call center)
Inbound call center experience a plus
Healthcare customer service/call center experience a plus
Bi-lingual (Spanish) a bonus!
Basic computer navigation experience
Type at least 20 word per minute
Ability to follow a script
Friendly, empathetic phone presence
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
