Receptionist / Sales Assistant

Bedrock Quartz has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant. Must be reliable, mature and willing to learn.
Candidate will be responsible to greet customers, answer phones, route phone calls to appropriate staff, showroom cleanliness and stocking, assisting sales staff and processing customer payments. Other tasks also as required.
Business hours are from 9-5 and some Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
The office is clean and pleasant.
Health insurance is available. Paid holidays and vacation pay after one year.
Must be skilled with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Quickbooks experience is helpful.
Must be friendly
Must have 3-5 years customer service experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
