Audio Visual Manager

Duties include:
Setup/Strike/Inventory/Organize/Troubleshoot audio visual equipment and needs
Supervise 2-3 employees
Create weekly schedules
Plan and prepare for events
Maintaining all audio visual equipment
Creating digital signage
Attend Banquet Event Meetings with other department heads to coordinate events
Work directly with clients and decision makers - incredible Guest Service is imperative
Communication with departments
Manage budget and expenses
Manage invoices
Ideal candidate will have a:
Working knowledge of troubleshooting Audio Visual equipment including computers, Internet and phone lines.
Working knowledge of Audio equipment including but not limited to analog mixers and Wireless Microphones.
Working knowledge of video equipment including but not limited to digital signage, LCD projectors, and Video extenders.
Working knowledge of stage lighting including but not limited to a basic understanding of lens degrees, amperage and watts.
Working knowledge of rigging including but not limited to stage truss, scissor lifts, and projector mounts.

Additional Requirements:
Must have a flexible schedule
Must be proficient in computers and interfaces
Ability to learn, train, and adapt in high-pressure situations
Willing to drive a Scissor Lift
Manual labor will be required to install and remove AV equipment/d cor/etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
