InsideSales/Customer Service

In charge of EDI system and all sending and receiving of orders and acknowledgements
Correctly enter all pertinent information into correct data base for customers - SAP & EDI
In charge of all Rx inquires, quotes, and orders
End Users must be routed through a distributor
Current accounts may be quoted pricing
Keep a copy of all quotes sent
Once a customer decides to order must have copy of Rx with filled out order form - create quote in SAP and send to Jordan to be ordered with the lab. Once received back copy to sales order to ship out.
Enter orders and attach documents to orders.
Update and maintain all customer information in SA
Time management schedule for entering orders to insure all order are going to QC on time.
Keep manager and QC person informed of # of orders to expect in advance, or and special requirements for upcoming orders, new accounts, displays, ect.
Service Call QC: Insure all information was gathered in order to complete the service call. And missing information to be brought to the person's attention to gather or fix.
Handle all customer inquiries, including problems, complaints and upgrades on discontinued product
Accept , take ownership of and document customer request(s) thru activities and service calls
Listen and ask questions in order to resolve issues/concerns even if the customer has called about the same issue/concern. Find solutions to customers' problems and questions through initial and/or follow-up contact
Provide information to customers regarding WPI & WPC's warranty and return policies
Perform other duties as required by supervisor
Have excellent customer service skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills.
Be organized and detailed oriented.
PC Literate, working knowledge of Excel and Word.
SAP and EDI experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
