Customer Service Rep

This position requires someone who is good at multi-tasking, tracking details, has a high degree of accuracy, and enjoys interaction with a wide range of people. This job will require production on our smaller digital imaging equipment, provide quotes and communication to clients about all details of their projects. Enter orders and create job tickets for production.
The successful candidate will have a background and skills set that demonstrate the following:
2-5 years experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment (or a combination of education and experience)
Experience in a printing and graphics arts environment is a plus
Strong communications skills (verbal and written) and the ability to positively interface with external and internal customers
Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects and high volume of paperwork
High attention to detail
Time management and prioritization skills
Ability to handle several tasks at once while remaining calm and professional
Solid computer skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
