Maintenance
We are looking for someone to maintain an 80 room assisted living center. This includes, but not limited to:
minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, moving furniture, snow removal, general knowledge of all maintenance work. Will be on call 24/7. Must have a friendly, positive attitude around staff as well as residents.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be free from any misdemeanors and/or felonies.
Must have current Food Handlers Permit.
Must attend in-service and continuing education programs.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to be on call 24/7.
