Inside Sales Respresentative

Pluralsight Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for all proactive and reactive direct sales activities and sales support for an assigned territory. They support corporate and public sector customers, grow revenues, and motivate new and existing customers to establish strategic growth plans with Pluralsight. They engage their accounts primarily through telephone sales calls and e-mail. Their communication strives to build relationships with key decision makers and present Pluralsight as a high quality content and cost effective solution for internal developer and IT training. The ISR assists customers with all ongoing business including but not limited to pricing and onboarding (how to use Pluralsight, upgrade and content questions).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish Relationships
Demonstrates ability to sell online professional technology trainings to key decision makers.
Build meaningful relationships with customers via phone, e-mail and other social mediums.
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM tool.
Develop process to ensure high touch and meaningful communication
Sales Execution, Support and Reporting
Extend reach and influence of sales peers
Work with field sales to develop and execute territory sales strategy.
Expand install base and acquire net new customers.
Help keep the field sales reps in front of customers.
Create and execute demand generation efforts within territory.
Backup field sales as needed.
Territory Management.
Increase sales, develop leads, and closes opportunities.
Collaborate and leverage field sales to provide right time resources.
Build relationships with existing customers to identify new areas of opportunity within account.
Co-develop and execute territory strategy with field sales.
Be accountable for actions and report progress with territory team.
Requirements:
Education- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience- 3-5 years
Experience: inside sales or account management in a technology related field.
Knowledge/Skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to follow through and meet deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Possess a high degree of initiative, exercises outstanding judgment, and exhibits a high level of creativity.
Ability to work as a team member with other ISR and Field Reps.
Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
Strong Organizational Skills - track record of driving a sales organization including multi-tasking, business plan creation and execution, and personnel development.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
