FRONT DESK / MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOC
Massage Envy Layton is looking for a successful Sales Associate who loves to learn, believes in teamwork, and desires an opportunity to create the best possible client and coworker experience. From booking appointments to selling our wellness program, Massage Envy Sales Associates are responsible for the impression our guests take with them. Massage Envy Layton is currently looking for an outgoing, professional & motivated individual to join our front desk team.
Schedule may include morning, evening and weekend shifts, but will be on a set schedule. Growth opportunities available
Sales Associate Duties include:
Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting members/guests upon arrival.
Selling our Massage Wellness Program and meeting sales and closing percentage goals.
Assisting in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
Assisting in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room.
Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
Benefits:
Compensation is an hourly rate plus commission and bonuses. Typical starting rate is $9.00 / hour with great bonuses on top of that for sales performance - which can get you to $10-$12 per hour.
One free massage per month and additional massages at reduced cost

Experience:
Customer service and sales experience preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits as well as clinic policies and procedures.
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment. This isn't your average front desk job!
Be sales and customer service oriented.
Able to work flexible days and hours - night & weekend flexibility is a must.
The ideal candidate will have:
Customer service experience combined with sales experience.
The ability to thrive in a busy fast paced self directed environment.
A strong work ethic.
Motivation to learn, which will require memorization of scripts, policies, procedures, by using workbooks and studying our training manual.
